Peru: President Boluarte coordinates with mayors actions to strengthen citizen security

During a working meeting, President Dina Boluarte coordinated with mayors of Lima's Miraflores and Breña districts actions to strengthen the fight against citizen insecurity.

Likewise, the Head of State highlighted the Executive Branch's commitment to fostering investment projects demanded by the citizenry.

During a conversation with Mayors Carlos Canales (Miraflores) and Luis de la Mata (Breña), Mrs. Boluarte underscored the importance of the work being carried out in Breña to complete Lima Metro Line 2, indicating that with this project, "the development of the capital is being achieved."

Furthermore, the top official pledged to establish a Technical Committee with Breña, along with the Economy-Finance Ministry aimed at supporting this district with the resources it needs.

The meeting also saw the participation of Transportation-Communications Minister Raul Perez Reyes, Deputy Economy Minister Carlos Alberto Gonzalez, among other authorities.

This event took place at the Government Palace in the Peruvian capital, Lima.
