11:34 | Lima, Oct. 25.

Escorted by his security team on Thursday night, Paul McCartney arrived at a five-star hotel in Lima's Miraflores district to prepare for his one-time concert scheduled for Sunday, October 27, at the National Stadium.

The ex-Beatle's fans waited for him outside the hotel facilities.

Their wait was rewarded with the musician's affectionate attitude, as he took the time to greet them by raising his hands after noticing them.

Fans welcomed him to Peru, to which the artist responded with a big smile.

Paul looked well and was dressed in black as he entered the building slowly, surrounded by his security team.

McCartney also stopped to listen to the cheers from fans who chanted his name.

At age 82, McCartney is living his career to the fullest in the midst of his 'Got Back' world tour, which marked his return to the stage after the COVID-19 pandemic.

This will be McCartney's third performance in Peru.

On May 9, 2011, he led a multitudinous concert at the Lima-based Monumental Stadium. On April 26, 2014, he returned to perform at the National Stadium.
