Peruvian sportswoman Maria Belen Bazo was crowned winner of the RS:X Windsurfing and Techno South American Championship.
She was followed by Argentinean Maria Tejerina (2nd) and Brazilian Bruna Mello (3rd).
The
contest also saw the presence of other sportspeople from Argentina, Aruba, Chile, Mexico, the United States, and Venezuela.
It must be noted the teams —that succeeded in this tournament— managed to qualify for Lima 2019 Pan American Games.
The sporting event took place in Paracas on March 1-4.
