The top official, alongside the Ministerial Cabinet, received reports from all Peruvian regions during the session.
Similarly, Mrs. Boluarte urged authorities to govern with sensitivity and closeness, always prioritizing support for the most vulnerable populations.

Cabinet Chief Gustavo Adrianzen underscored that the
Ministers of Housing and Transportation-Communications, as well as the National Water Authority (ANA) and the Army, are providing an immediate response following the emergency reports.
"I witnessed this when I supervised the rain-affected area in San Martin (region) last week," he stated.
The Prime Minister also highlighted the timely approval of the Multisectoral Plan for Intense Rains and Associated Hazards 2025-2027, which includes 36 river protection, cleaning, and desilting interventions, as well as the maintenance of roads and healthcare centers.
All National Institute of Civil Defense (Indeci) offices nationwide participated in the meeting.
"Some provincial and district mayors from the affected areas are also connected to hear the reports," Adrianzen added.
"We have reported 1,661 emergencies nationwide from December 2024 to mid-February. There are 338 districts declared in a state of emergency due to the rains. Prevention activities have been carried out in the valley basins since September," he explained.
