Peru: President leads tribute to physicians who died from COVID-19

The President of the Republic Martin Vizcarra on Thursday participated in the inauguration ceremony of an obelisk in tribute to the physicians who have died from COVID-19.

Held on the National Day of Health and Good Patient Treatment, the ceremony took place at the headquarters of the Peruvian College of Physicians (CMP) in Lima.

On this occasion, the Head of State was joined by Health Minister Pilar Mazzetti and CMP Dean Dr. Miguel Palacios.
