Peru: Over 41 million COVID-19 vaccine doses applied

41,205,820 doses of the vaccine against COVID-19 have been so far administered in Peru, the Ministry of Health (Minsa) has reported.

Out of that total, 18,140,150 were given as second dose.

"This figure represents 65% of the target population," the leading government authority in the health sector said in its daily report.

According to the Ministry of Health (Minsa), the target population in Peru consists of men and women over 12 years of age, that is, 28,024,250 people.
