The Executive Branch on Tuesday appointed Edwin Rigoberto Coico Monroy as Deputy Minister for Defense Resources at the
Supreme Resolution No. 115-2021-DE —published in the Official Gazette El Peruano— indicates that this designation is regulated in paragraph 7 of Article 1 of Law No. 27594, which regulates the participation of the Executive Branch in the appointment of public officials.
Likewise, it is in accordance with the provisions of Law No. 29158 (Organic Law of the Executive Branch) and Law No. 27594, which regulates the participation of the Executive Branch in the designation of public officials.
