Peruvian President Pedro Pablo Kuczynski flew over heavy rain and landslide affected zones to assess the scale of the damage along Lima region.
Mr. Kuczynski was joined by Ministers Martin Vizcarra (Transport and Communications) and Alfredo Thorne (Economy and Finance).
“We will fly over affected areas in Lima, Huachipa, Carapongo and Cieneguilla and continue our journey to Mala to get a view of these places from the air,” the 78-year-old statesman said in a video posted on Facebook.
