Surrounded by a strong security cordon, First Ladies stepped out of the bus —that had taken them to the aforementioned site— at around 12:30 PM (local time).
Their activities kicked off featuring a visit to Larco Museum located in Lima's Pueblo Libre district.
For more than two hours, they were able to see archeological pieces, which date back to various eras of ancient Peru.
Afterwards, the Presidents' wives visited a children's shelter somewhere in the nation's capital city. It must be noted the location was not revealed due to security reasons.
Early on Saturday, Peruvian President's wife Maribel Diaz arrived at Swissotel hotel in San Isidro district in order to guide First Ladies to the bus which took them to the spots scheduled according to protocol.
