The ratification was approved with 22 votes in favor, one against, and four abstentions during the session held today.
Previously, Office Letter No. 154-2024-PR was read, which reported on Supreme Resolution No. 167-2024-PCM, published in the Official Gazette El Peruano on July 18.
The decision was made within the framework established by Articles 87 and 101 of the Political Constitution, as well as Articles 6 and 93 of Congress' Regulations, and in accordance with the provisions of Article 363 of the General Law of the Financial System (Law No. 26702).
