Peru: President leads Justice System Reform Council session

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte headed a new meeting of the Council for Justice System Reform on Friday.

It was the fifteenth ordinary session of said body.

The meeting took place at the headquarters of the Presidency of the Council of Ministers in Lima.

Authorities present

According to reports, the event saw the participation of Cabinet Chief Gustavo Adrianzen, Justice Minister Eduardo Arana, Ombudsman Josue Gutierrez, and Constitutional Court Chairwoman Luz Pacheco.

Also present were Attorney General Delia Espinoza and Judiciary Chairman Javier Arevalo.

The previous session of this body was held on September 30. During that event, a report was presented on the progress in implementing the 2021-2025 Justice System and the efforts to combat corruption in the Justice System.
