Peru: Government allocates US$912 million as Initial Budget for Agriculture

The President of the Republic Dina Boluarte on Wednesday stated that her administration is committed to agriculture. Thus, it has allocated a 2025 opening budget of S/3.360 billion (about US$912 million) to the Ministry of Agrarian Development and Irrigation (Midagri) —the highest amount this sector has received in recent years.
