The Peruvian Consulate General in Denver recently received a certificate of recognition from Colorado Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, President, Mike Ferrufino, for its remarkable participation in the "Sabor 2024" Gastronomic Festival.

The festival took place on August 2. It is an annual event organized by this business entity, bringing together Colorado's top restaurants and distributors, creating a space for guests to appreciate diverse culinary and cultural offerings from Latin America.

This year, the Peruvian Consulate General in Denver hosted a showcase of Peru's gastronomy, complemented by the nation's iconic drink and a cultural performance by the "Qhaswa Perú" Cultural Association.

Peru's presence at the Sabor Gastronomic Festival is a highly effective promotion of the country's image in Denver to a target audience interested in original gastronomic offerings and new tourism destinations.
