In order to make international trade companies aware of the services offered by the Export Development Sub-directorate, the Commission for the Promotion of Peru for Export and Tourism (Promperu) held recently the "First Forum on Export Quality and Regulation: Strategy for Access to International Markets."

The event provided Peruvian suppliers with a comprehensive platform to enhance quality practices with the aim of accessing international markets more effectively.

During the presentations, the importance of quality was underscored as a crucial factor for competitiveness, market access, and customer satisfaction —essential elements for success in contemporary business models.

In addition, essential tools and knowledge were provided for compliance with international regulations and the adoption of voluntary standards such as Peru's Technical Standards.

More than 200 Peruvian entrepreneurs participated in this forum, offering an invaluable opportunity for collaboration and knowledge exchange among exporting sector leaders.

This event was presented as a key platform to strengthen the position of Peruvian companies in the international arena, as well as to promote quality as a driver of growth and competitiveness in global markets.
