President Martin Vizcarra on Friday took part in commemorative activities marking the 48th foundation anniversary of Ilo province, located in southern Moquegua region.
The event was held at the main square of the aforementioned city.
Likewise, he was awarded the keys to the city by Provincial Mayor Willam Valdivia.
As is known, Moquegua is Mr. Vizcarra's hometown. There he served as Governor between 2011 and 2014.
