The Holy Father has returned to the Peruvian capital after a visit to La Libertad region's capital, Trujillo.
His Holiness Pope Francis carried out a series of activities during the third day of his trip to Peru.
The first one was an
open-air mass he led for around 500,000 believers at Huanchaco Beach.
Later, he led a
meeting with the priests, religious authorities and seminarists belonging to 11 ecclesiastical districts in northern Peru.
